What do I need for my first podiatry visit?

At Omega Medical Group (OMG), our entire staff—our front desk team, assistants, and doctors—are wholly committed to making your experience with us a pleasant one, from the moment you set foot in our office. We know that many people feel nervous during their first visit to a new medical office, so we work hard to provide each patient with individual attention.

In order to help your first visit go even more smoothly, you may wish to prepare some materials in advance. This will save you time in the office, and help you feel more comfortable. Specifically, you can print and fill out a new patient registration form to help us get to know you a little better, and a release form so that we can request your medical information from a prior physician.
